Ask the Katy studioCan I bring food or have it delivered?
Yes. You may bring food and cake or have food delivered. Birthday candles are the only permitted open flame, and food-warming or cooking devices are not allowed. Ice cream cakes are not recommended because the studio is not equipped to keep them frozen.
When can I set up for the party?
Your party includes two separate areas.

Food-area setup timesWhen should I and my guests arrive?
Guests should arrive five minutes before the scheduled party start time to check in. The host should follow the earlier check-in timing for the selected package and any setup-time option.
What if fewer children attend than in my package?
We can change the party package up to one week prior to the party. If fewer children attend, adults may participate in their place for any or all of the attractions. We cannot reduce the charged party size below the number of children included in the selected package.
When do I need to confirm the children count by?
Additional children can be added on the day of the party. If you expect fewer children than are included with your package, you can change packages up to one week before the party.
What if extra children attend?
Additional children can be added on the day of the party, up to the capacity of the room you select. The applicable per-child rate is shown during booking.
How do activity choices work for birthday parties?
Choose a package with one, two, or three attractions. Guests take part in the selected activities together, with room to personalize what they make within each activity.
When do I need to pay for the party?
A $100 deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due at the end of the party.

Choose a package and complete its online booking. A $100 deposit is required to hold the date. The remaining balance is due at the end of the party, and published prices are subject to a 12% service charge.
